Pastor Mike has a heart for the lost and those that suffer with Addiction. He loves people and will do whatever it takes to help you in any way he can. Pastor Mike became the Senior Pastor in July of 2021. Since then, many ministries have been put together and underneath his leadership the Church has grown, seen many people saved, and countless others filled with the Holy Ghost. His heartbeat for ministry is to see the whole Family saved and serving God together. Pastor Mike is very Evangelistic in style of ministry; he believes in healings, deliverance and operates in the prophetic. Pastor Mike knows what it’s like living with addiction as he battled it for many years and also has spent time in jail. He has dedicated his life to helping those who are trapped searching for a way out.

Timothy Chandler

Pensacola native , active prayer team member during the Brownsville Revival. Retired from the United States Marines and now serves as Associate Pastor, Oversees No man left behind military ministry. Doyce Aldridge

Pastor Doyce has grown up in the church all his life. He Shadowed his late Grandfather, Rev. James Baker; Doyce would often follow his Grandfather around, not knowing that one day he would be following his footsteps…
In 2015, God called him to the Ministry; he has spent many years in the Ministry of Music and has traveled all over the Gulf Coast. Pastor Doyce was a member of Bush Street Church for many years before it became Redemption Church, and his ministry has grown over the past few years. Pastor Doyce has been a Youth Pastor, Song Leader, and Sunday Teacher and now is one of the Associate Pastors at Redemption Church. He has a Servant's heart and will do anything he can for you.
